Welcome to The Designer Dream Home Method™.
This page explains the terms that apply when you purchase or participate in the program, along with how Taashki Studio LLC collects, uses and protects your personal information.
By purchasing The Designer Dream Home Method™, creating an account or accessing the program, you agree to these Terms of Purchase and acknowledge this Privacy Policy.
If you have questions before enrolling, please email [email protected].
Â
PART ONE: TERMS OF PURCHASE & PROGRAM POLICIES
Â
1. About the Program
The Designer Dream Home Method™ is an educational interior design program created and provided by Taashki Studio LLC.
The program teaches you a structured process for planning and designing your own room. It is an educational experience, not a done-for-you interior design service.
The program is offered at three participation levels:
-
Independent: $497
-
Studio: $997
-
Atelier: $1,997
Each level includes the course materials and services described on the sales page and checkout page at the time of purchase.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
We do not currently offer payment plans. Your selected program level must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Â
2. Course Access
Your purchase includes access to the core Designer Dream Home Method™ course materials and downloadable resources for as long as Taashki Studio LLC continues to own and offer the program through its current platform or a successor platform.
Founding Members will receive refinements and updates made to the existing core course at no additional charge. This does not include future standalone courses, separate programs, live events, masterminds, private design services or other products unless Taashki Studio LLC expressly says they are included.
The supported Founding Member experience runs for 12 weeks. Community participation, live milestone sessions, Dream Room Spotlights, private reviews and other live support are provided during that period and according to the level purchased. These live and personal support services do not continue indefinitely.
If Taashki Studio LLC permanently discontinues the program, we are under no obligation to provide advance notice or an opportunity to download eligible materials. Videos, platform content and protected or non-downloadable materials may not be available for download.
Â
3. Your Account
Your program access is for you, the original purchaser. You agree to:
-
Provide accurate registration and billing information
-
Keep your username and password private
-
Notify us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission
-
Use the program and its materials only for your personal, noncommercial purposes
- Copy the entirety or any part of the course material for your own material gain and pass it off as your own
You may not share your login, provide course access to another person or allow multiple people to participate through one account.
We may suspend or terminate access if an account is shared, misused or used in violation of these terms.
Â
4. Intellectual Property
The Designer Dream Home Method™, including its name, frameworks, lessons, videos, audio, downloads, worksheets, Studio Binder, templates, examples, graphics, presentations and supporting materials, belongs to Taashki Studio LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, nonexclusive and nontransferable license to use the program to design your own home.
You may not:
-
Copy, share, reproduce or republish the program
-
Upload course materials to a shared drive, membership, AI system or public platform
-
Sell, license or distribute any course materials
-
Teach the method or use the materials to create your own course, service or commercial product
-
Remove copyright, trademark or ownership notices
-
Give another person access to your account or materials
You may print worksheets and course resources for your own personal use.
Â
 5. Your Content, Course Work and Testimonials
You retain ownership of the original photographs, room plans, floor plans, moodboards, design concepts, worksheets and other materials you create.
By uploading, posting or submitting any material through the course, community or review process, you give Taashki Studio LLC a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to review, store, reproduce, edit, crop, format, annotate, adapt, publish and use that material in our courses, presentations, case studies, website, emails, social media, advertising and other educational or marketing materials.
We may use course work and project submissions without requesting additional permission, but we will remove your name and other direct personal identifiers unless you have separately given us permission to include them. We may identify you anonymously using descriptions such as “a course member,” “an Atelier participant” or “one of our Founding Members.”
If you voluntarily provide a testimonial, review, photograph, audio recording or video testimonial, you give Taashki Studio LLC permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish and share it in any of our educational or marketing materials. This includes permission to use your name, image, likeness and voice in connection with the testimonial or material you provided. We may edit it for length, formatting or clarity, but we will not intentionally change its meaning.
These permissions apply worldwide, without a time limit, additional approval or compensation.
Please only submit material that you own or have permission to share. Remove addresses, family photographs, financial details and anything else you don’t want included before uploading your work.
Â
6. Educational, Design Review and Professional Services Disclaimer
The Designer Dream Home Method™ is an educational program. It teaches you a structured process for making interior design decisions, but it is not a substitute for full-service interior design, architecture, engineering, construction management or advice from a licensed trade professional.
Any guidance provided during a group call, hot seat, Dream Room Spotlight, private review, community discussion, Atelier feedback or review, conversation, email or other feedback session reflects Taashki Studio LLC’s professional opinion based only on the photographs, measurements, plans and information you provide.
Because we are not physically present in your home, we cannot independently inspect the space or verify its dimensions, existing conditions, construction, materials, utilities, safety requirements or other details. You are responsible for making sure the information you submit is complete and accurate.
A review, comment or suggestion from Taashki Studio LLC or Natasha Shamdasani is not an approval, certification, guarantee or endorsement of your final plan. It also doesn’t mean that the plan is ready for construction, purchasing or installation.
You remain responsible for:
-
Confirming every measurement, dimension and site condition
-
Checking product dimensions, specifications, suitability and availability
-
Reviewing orders before purchasing
-
Confirming that furniture, fixtures and materials will fit and function safely
-
Hiring qualified architects, engineers, contractors, electricians, plumbers and other professionals when needed
-
Obtaining permits and complying with building codes, accessibility requirements and applicable laws
-
Making all final design, purchasing, construction and installation decisions
- Assuming responsibility for all decisions made
Any changes involving structure, electricity, plumbing, mechanical systems, building codes, permits or safety must be reviewed and completed by the appropriately licensed professional.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taashki Studio LLC and Natasha Shamdasani are not responsible or liable for purchases, construction, installation, property damage, personal injury, financial loss or other consequences arising from decisions or work carried out using educational guidance, design feedback or opinions provided through the program.
Your use and implementation of any course material, review or feedback is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and risk.
Â
7. Third-Party Products, Vendors and Partnerships
During the program, we may mention or link to furniture, furnishings, products, retailers, contractors, vendors, software and other outside resources that we believe may be helpful.
At this time, Taashki Studio LLC doesn’t receive compensation, commissions or other benefits for these recommendations unless we clearly tell you otherwise.
We may enter into affiliate, sponsored or other paid partnerships in the future. If we receive compensation, complimentary products or another material benefit connected to a recommendation, we will clearly disclose that relationship where the recommendation appears.
Any paid relationship will not change our commitment to sharing products and resources we genuinely believe may be useful. However, you are always responsible for deciding whether a product, vendor or service is right for your room, budget and circumstances.
Taashki Studio LLC doesn’t control third parties and isn’t responsible for their pricing, availability, accuracy, quality, warranties, delays, errors, services or performance. Mentioning a company or product isn’t a guarantee or endorsement of its work, safety, suitability or results.
Please review the third party’s specifications, policies, terms and privacy practices before purchasing or providing personal information.
Â
8. Results Disclaimer
We believe deeply in this process, but your results depend on your participation, decisions, budget, room, timeline and implementation.
We cannot guarantee that:
-
Your room will be completed by a particular date
-
A product will remain available or arrive on time
-
A contractor or vendor will perform as expected
-
Your home will increase in value
-
You will receive a particular financial, professional or personal result
What we can promise is the process. If you do the work and still cannot create the clear, complete room plan promised by the course, our guarantee below explains what happens next.
Â
 9. The 180-Day Do-the-Work Money-Back Guarantee
The Designer Dream Home Method™ includes a 180-Day Do-the-Work Money-Back Guarantee.
To qualify for a refund, the original purchaser must:
-
Submit the refund request within 180 calendar days of the original purchase date.
-
Complete all six core Waves in the order in which they are taught.
-
Apply the complete Designer Dream Home Method™ to one room.
-
Complete all required lessons, exercises, plans and Studio Binder work for that room.
-
Submit the completed work requested by Taashki Studio LLC, including:
-
The room brief
-
Measurements and existing-room information
-
The completed floor plan
-
The design concept
-
The planned investment
-
The sourcing or implementation plan
-
-
Provide a brief written explanation describing how the method was followed and why the purchaser still could not create a clear, complete room plan.
-
Email the request and supporting materials to [email protected] with the subject line 180-Day Guarantee Request.
A refund request is not complete until all required materials have been received. Taashki Studio LLC may request reasonable clarification or any required materials missing from the original submission. This clarification or request for required materials may take the form of multiple requests.
If the request meets these requirements, Taashki Studio LLC will refund the course tuition paid by the purchaser. Access to the course, community, downloads and all associated program materials will end when the refund is issued.
The guarantee applies to the purchaser’s ability to use the method to create a clear, complete design plan for one room. It isn’t a guarantee that the room will be purchased, delivered, installed or completed within 180 days.
The guarantee covers the course tuition only. It doesn’t cover furniture, furnishings, samples, materials, software, shipping, delivery, restocking fees, contractors, vendors, consultants or any other project-related expense.
A change of mind, failure to access or complete the program, failure to submit the required work, dissatisfaction with a third-party product or service, delivery delays, contractor performance or circumstances outside the course do not qualify for a refund, except where otherwise required by law.
The guarantee is available only to the original purchaser and may be claimed once.
Â
10. Refunds and Cancellations
The Designer Dream Home Method™ is a one-time digital program purchase, not a subscription. Because access to digital course materials begins after purchase, all sales are final except:
-
Refunds approved under the 180-Day Do-the-Work Money-Back Guarantee
-
Refunds required by applicable law
-
Any refund expressly approved in writing by Taashki Studio LLC
Choosing not to begin or complete the program, changing your mind, losing interest or failing to use your account doesn’t qualify for a refund.
If you believe there has been a billing error or you have another concern about your purchase, please contact [email protected] before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to help.
Nothing in these terms limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.
Â
11. Community Standards
If your purchase includes access to a community, group call or shared learning space, you agree to treat other participants and their work with respect.
You may not:
-
Harass, threaten or discriminate against another participant
-
Share another participant’s photographs, plans, personal information or work without permission
-
Solicit participants for unrelated services
-
Promote competing products or programs
-
Copy another participant’s work
-
Disrupt the group or misuse the community
We may immediately remove content or revoke community access when necessary to protect participants or the integrity of the program. Serious or repeated violations may result in removal from the program without a refund.
Â
12. Program Changes and Availability
We may make reasonable changes to lesson titles, delivery schedules, platforms, instructors, community features or supporting materials when needed to improve or maintain the program.
We may reschedule live sessions because of illness, emergencies, technical failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control. When practical, we will provide notice and an alternative date, recording or comparable replacement.
Â
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taashki Studio LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your purchase, participation, design decisions, purchases, construction work or use of third-party products and services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taashki Studio LLC’s total liability connected to the program will not exceed the amount you paid for the program.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Â
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Before filing a claim, both parties agree to make a reasonable, good-faith attempt to resolve the matter directly.
Â
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when the program, our business practices or applicable laws change.
The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will show when the terms were most recently revised. Changes will apply going forward and will not retroactively reduce a guarantee or material benefit that applied when you purchased.
